1. Why are Cedar & Wood candles different from others?
Every candle undergoes a careful pouring process in the Philippines and we use the finest fragrance oils and all-natural soy wax in all of them.. Our focus is on candle making in an environmentally friendly manner while ensuring each candle is of the highest quality and properly constructed.
2. How much time is needed to complete my order?
Every candle undergoes a process that takes 7 days to ensure quality is achieved throughout the curing process to achieve the best quality prior to shipping. This is to ensure the best quality in both fragrance and wax burn.
3. What are the courier services you use?
We use both LBC and J&T Express to deliver throughout the Philippines, and Lalamove for same-day delivery within Metro Manila.
4. How long does shipping take?
After the production stage is complete, the candle takes an additional 3 to 7 days for delivery which depends upon the distance from the production site – remote and rural locations often take additional time.
5. What is the shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on select orders and we charge a small fee for shipping depending upon the delivery location.
6. Do you provide services for international shipping?
As of now we only cater to the Philippines, but we will let you know when we also include services for international shipping.
7. Order Tracking Instructions
If you want to know how to track your order, once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email/ SMS. To track your order, just paste the number on the LBC or J&T tracking site and follow the instructions.
8. Steps to Take for An Order I Wish to Cancel
In accordance to our terms of service, we only allow order cancelation for defective or damaged items. We ask that you reach out to us within two days of order receipt so that we may assist you if help is required.
9. Instructions on Candle Care
Only burn the candle after trimming the wick to a quarter of an inch.
Wax tunneling may cause the candle to burn unevenly, so the melted wax on the candle should be evenly distributed.
Burning the candle for more than four hours continuously is not recommended.
Put the candle in a safe place so that children, animals and materials that can catch fire easily cannot reach the candle.
