Production Time
- Every candle goes through a rigorous 7 day production cycle.
- Each candle is poured by hand, left to cure, and ultimately passed through a final quality assurance check.
Shipping Partner
For our clients across the Philipines, we ship with our trusted couriers:
- LBC
- J&T Express

We use these couriers due to their consistent, safe, and timely deliveries.

Shipping Timeframe
- After production, candles take between 3 and 7 business days to be delivered.
- In certain parts and remote locations, this may take longer.
Order Tracking
- Upon shipping, customers receive a tracking number.
- LBC and J&T’s websites will provide a real time monitoring tool.
Shipping Charges
- For your convenience, standard shipping charges will be calculated and clearly outlined during the checkout.
- At certain specific times, we shall announce our free shipping campaigns both on our website and on our social media portals.
