We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cedarandwoodph@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Blk 29 lot 31 Boston Drive Governors Hills General Trias Cavite.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy on Returns and Refunds

At Cedar & Wood, every candle is made by hand with care to make sure it is of the highest quality and has the most attention to detail.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and value your satisfaction.  Please read our return and refund policy below if you are not completely happy with your order for any reason.

1. Exchanges and Returns

  • You can return or exchange your order within seven days of getting it.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and not lit in order to be eligible.
  • The customer will have to pay for return shipping unless the item is broken or wrong.
  • Please email us at cedarandwoodph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return to start the process.  Returns that aren't authorized won't be accepted.

2. Items that are broken or not working right

  • Please let us know within three days of delivery if your candle is broken, melted, or not working.
  • Please send clear pictures of the broken item and its packaging to our customer service email.
  • Once we confirm, we will give you either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. Things that can't be returned

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, you can't return the following items:
  • Candles that have been lit or used.
  • Things bought on sale or with a special offer.
  • Orders that are made just for you.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Your original payment method will be used to process approved refunds.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to show up in your account.
  • When you ask for a replacement, we will send you new items as soon as we get and check the ones you sent back.

5. Cancelling Orders

  • If an order hasn't been made or shipped yet, you can cancel it within 24 hours of buying it.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after candles have been made or shipped.
