Each candle at Cedar & Wood is made by hand with care to make sure it is of the highest quality.  We want to make sure that the delivery from our workshop to your door goes smoothly and without any problems.

 1. Time to process an order

• To keep them fresh and of good quality, all candles are made to order and poured by hand.
• Before shipping, please give us 7 days to make the item.
  
• Orders made on weekends or holidays won't be processed until the next business day.
  
• You will get an email or text message with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 2. Partners in shipping

• We work with reliable courier services to make sure that packages are delivered safely and on time:
   - LBC – Ships all over the Philippines
   - J&T Express: Standard delivery across the country
   - Lalamove: Only for Metro Manila areas, same-day delivery

 3. Times for Delivery

After production, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• 1 to 3 business days for Metro Manila
  
• 3–7 business days for provincial areas
  
• Delivery the same day (Lalamove):  Available upon request and only if a rider is free
  
• Please be aware that delivery times may change based on where you live, how the package is handled by the courier, or the weather.

 4. Costs of shipping

• At checkout, shipping costs are based on where you live and how you want your package delivered.
  
• If there are any free shipping deals, they will show up at checkout.
  
• When you use Lalamove, the shipping fee will go straight to the rider when they deliver.

 5. Tracking Your Order

• You will get an email or text message with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  
• You can track your package directly through LBC Tracking.

• Please get in touch with us if your tracking information hasn't changed after three business days.

 6. Problems with delivery

• Please let us know within three days of getting your order if your package is damaged, lost, or missing items.
  
• Please send our customer service team clear pictures of the packaging and items so they can look them over.
  
• We will work with the courier to fix the problem and give you a new item or your money back if necessary.

 7. Correctness of the Address

• Please check that all of the shipping information is correct and complete.  Cedar & Wood is not responsible for delays or lost packages if the address you gave at checkout was wrong.
  
• Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your address.

 8. Shipping to other countries

• Cedar & Wood only ships to places in the Philippines right now.  We hope to grow our business internationally in the future.
